We’re always looking for strategic development opportunities throughout the Midlands. Our flexibility and expertise means we’re happy to work with a range of partners at any stage of a development, from identifying a location without planning permission, through to redeveloping an existing site.

Particularly sites of 0.5 – 5 acres, but larger sites may be considered

Strategic land for residential or commercial development

Brownfield sites – either cleared sites or those requiring refurbishment / demolition

 Greenfield sites – allocated for development or where promotion is required

Roadside restaurants, petrol stations, pubs, etc for refurbishment or redevelopment
